Scada Systems provides a built in support plan with its "off the shelf" I&E design software EDS. This plan is called EM&S or Extended software Maintenance and Support.
Most EDS users will adopt this plan as a means of ensuring prompt assistance and current software.
EM&S is sold on a per licence basis.
The service includes:
24/7 support by phone/fax or or email (no charge). A human voice response is guaranteed at all times.
12 months of software updates and upgrades.
Development "wish list" priority.
800 toll free numbers are provided in some locations.
